Can I transfer my domain name to another registrar?
Yes. After your first year with LogoGarden you may transfer your domain name for free. If you choose to transfer your domain during the first year there is a transfer fee of $19.99 USD.
What happens when my domain is up for renewal?
When your website's domain name is due for renewal, you will receive an email from LogoGarden with instructions to walk you through the process.
What if I want to cancel my account?
If you cancel your account, you may request the transfer of your domain name. Please see Can I transfer my domain name to another registrar?
